Cheapest S&S ISA online service?

Options
I am looking for the best (and preferably cheapest) discounted online Investment ISA provider with the widest range of equity funds. Is it H-L or are there better options?

Can I opt to put my savings in monthly into an account then subsequently decide which fund to put the money in or do I have to pre select a fund and have a direct debit into each one?

If you are talking about Funds/OEICS then yes. HL are the best.
If you are talking about stocks and shares though, then no. I believe there are cheaper ones, look at selftrade.

There are others. I believe that H-L are the best. Low pr zero entry and some trail commission returned.
Yes you can put cash in and decide later where to apportion it.
