    I never have money left
Your SoA says you have £838 left per month but your original post says otherwise - your signature suggests you've been here before and by implication you weren't able to save, you really need to take a long hard look at where the money is actually going every month....

I new I would have someone saying something like this... This is y I have came on here to get help on budgeting. As I said I waste a lot of money. Eg I went and got £56 on a game for my son last week. I eat out a lot. And if I get bored I go shopping and spend money I don't need to spend. I am asking for advise not for a telling off. I waste money simple. I am now trying to sort it out. :A

    15. What happens if I cannot make a payment or if my account goes late?
If you are having difficulties in making payment, or if you have already missed a payment, please speak to your local store straight away. Our staff will listen, and aim to understand your circumstances. They may be able to offer you help and advice.

Some of the options available to you may include:

Returning your item on a pick-up and hold basis, for a period of time, until your financial circumstances improve*
Returning your items with nothing further to pay*
Downgrading your items, to reduce your weekly payments
If you do not contact us after missing a payment, we will attempt to contact you. We’ll want to discuss your circumstances and agree on a course of action to help get your account back on track.

This is off the website. I have rang them to ask and the lady said I can return items (must be in good condition) which mine are.

Nobody's telling you off! You asked for advice, my advice is that you need to identify clearly where you're spending money if you want to improve your situation, seeing it written down in black and white is often a helpful first step, so if you spend, say, £200 per month on meals out, then put that against 'entertainment' in your SoA. However, if you just want to carry on wasting money, then that's entirely your prerogative, but it does beg the question of what advice you're actually looking for on here other than 'stop wasting money'?!

You didn't get a telling off, you got factual observations. Your first step towards changing your finances is to account for the missing £838, and then cutting things such as eating out a lot. Or accepting that you will stay skint forever.

As from today I am no longer going to take kids out for tea. Or treat them every week on things they don't need. I think I try and buy them happiness. That's why I didn't put it in the work out. I have today sat down and wrote everything down and I'm on setting a new account up so I can have my bills come out of one bank account so I no where I'm at. And leave the bank card with the extra money at home when I'm food shopping. Lol I've cancelled sky today as kids don't watch the channels also cancelled Netflix as they don't watch that anymore also.

Your SOA needs to be factual not wishful i.e. reflect exactly what you're spending NOW, now what you wish you would spend.

I've previously had hire purchase from bright house you can give them back penalty free (you have to factor in return van costs tho)

Start a spending diary of where you spend every penny.

Update your SOA to reflect the spends

Over time the picture will develop so you can work on them.

The trick is to understand where every penny goes and forward plan where you want it to go.
