M&S hasn't honoured £30 wine voucher promise

I got an M&S credit card via a MSE link - they were supposed to send a £30 wine voucher by today but no sign of it. Has anybody actually received it and any suggestions? Feeling a bit cheated.

I called, was told its getting sent out in the next batch in November.

I pushed and it became clear the agent had no idea of how the offer worked.

Pushed a bit harder and they are sending a £35 M&S gift card (not wine specific) instead. Quoted 21 days to arrive.
