M&S hasn't honoured £30 wine voucher promise

I got an M&S credit card via a MSE link - they were supposed to send a £30 wine voucher by today but no sign of it. Has anybody actually received it and any suggestions? Feeling a bit cheated.

Just give them a call or drop them an email. M&S aren't in the business of trying to rip you off like this (they may try to rip you off with inflated prices - but not like this)

I rang m&s credit card yesterday and they are saying the £30 voucher is to come from money supermarket . Can martin lewis please chase this up thanks A Robinson

There are another 19 hours of today left. Saying they haven't honoured the offer is a tad premature and could turn out to be libellous.

Let the bloke in charge of pressing the send button on your email get to work for crying out loud.

Robbie, I have just received my £30 wine voucher, literally, this minute.

Here is the email address if you want to try and talk to them:

mandsbank @ comms.mandsbank.com (You need to remove the spaces between the @ sign when you send. I have removed it just in case they get spammed to death by being published on here).

The e-voucher can be used on-line or in-store. Two ways to access it. Either, print it out or show it to the cashier via a smart phone.

Think you'll need to wait until the end of the day before saying it's not been sent out.

Just received mine too - looks like "by Oct 7th" meant "on Oct 7th". Thanks for the help - I had already tried emailing/phoning without success.
