Judi - Your mom looks great, takes years off her. I know it's hard for you most times but the once every now and again that things 'go right' must be worth it.

Mrs LW - I had a vision of Docky sat on the kitchen chair in his socks, reading the paper with a steaming cup of coffee in front of him. Would make a great cartoon.

Just in and have put the washing on the line for an hour, wasn't going to do any but it just builds up if I don't. Even if it gets an airing it will dry quicker inside.

Really busy day at work, I love the management as people but sometimes they just don't say what they have organised in their heads! Another frustrating day with changed plans - little wonder the children are disorganised at times.

Anyway, off out for my dinner. Take care. XX

    Evening All,
Been a mixed day here - sunshine, rain, thunder, rainbows. Did a fry up for brekkie, which kept us going all day until dinner - slow roast lamb shanks, roast potatoes, roast carrots & cabbage.

Cleaned the bathroom today and got the washing done. Also had some work to do too, so that was good.

Had to shower twice today as I've been so hot. And everyone else says it's cold!! Car exhaust has gone, so need to find another £60 to fix that this week:mad: Only just had it service, MOTed and taxed.

Think I've done everything for today now. OH has done the washing up, so that's one less thing for me to do. Oh, I managed to blow up a glass baking tray this evening, which I found impressive. Cut my finger on the remains too. :o:D

Now clicking away on Bubblews and clixsence and various other survey thingies for some extra pennies.

Evening chums thanks for all your views I also got a telling off from the nurse as she said similar to HH if you want some air open the window :):):o:o
So having had my legs smacked I shall behave for a few more days until I feel stronger.;)
Two friends came to visit this morning and we had a nice chinwag and a cuppa :D.and I had a good nod after lunch.
Boys arrived after school and were little sweethearts again..Very careful that I sit in my 'lazy-boy' while they make me tea and supply me with rich tea biscuits to dunk ;)
I'm off to bed now for a read and rest.I don't think I have spent so much time for years with my feet up, but hopefully I will get my 'bounce' back soon
    Cheers everyone
