Just thought I'd make a quick update
Rang the fraud team yesterday morning ~ they let me run to the cashpoint to withdraw my money, then they put a block on my card. (My nearest branch is in Liverpool, so not easy to get there to draw over the counter, especially as it is now school holidays)
Checked my bank online this morning and I have been refunded the money including the charges that were made against my account for the failed DD and going OD, how quick was that!
My bank is The Co-operative, they have been absolutely great dealing with it all Tank fly boss walk jam nitty gritty...0 -
