Yes their fee may be about £2k, but if they end up securing you a serious buyer, who has funds or borrowing ability to back up their offer, it will be money well spent.
As no 'outsiders' buy property in your area, I am beginning to think you live in Stepford.......20 plus years as a mortgage adviser for Halifax (have now retired), and I have pretty much seen it all....:D0 -

Im going to reject the latest offer, say I will accept £137k and that's the last reduction, take it or leave it. im also considering using an online agent. anyone done this?0
