I bought a PAYG Motorola C115 phone on T-Mobile from Amazon for £19.99 but I keep on getting texts about football that I don't want. I didn't sign up for them so I don't know how to stop them!

Has anyone got any ideas?

Thanks
Waddle you do eh?

Text back STOP to the number that is sending the texts. ;)

Thanks for that but there's at least 3 different services from the number concerned and I don't know which one it is!

The problem is I didn't sign up for the service in the first place! I'm sure it came pre-loaded on the phone! Should I ask for the money back as I didn't subscribe to the service?

    Thanks

You could try, but they will probably just say their not liable, as far as their concerned, they have sold the phone and done their part of the deal.

If it says the companies name, try and search online to see if they have a site where you can unsubscribe.

But usually texting stop back to the sending number will cancel them.

    good luck.
