amazon withholding funds

Hi
has this happened to anyone?
they have withheld £800 of MY money because 1 customer left negative feedback. 1 customer out of 76!
Have they a right to do this?
They state they will hold my money for over 100 days! I cannot afford to ship further orders out for a total of £645 for them to withhold the money again.
What can I do? Any advice would be gratefully appreciated.
