Opodo/edreams website travel company.

I am trying to book flights going to Las Vegas in June 2015 via Opodo but for some unknown reason when i have entered all my details and pressed continue, the following message always appears in bold red letters.

The flight you have selected is unfortunately no longer available. If you would like to search for a new flight, please click on the "Flights" tab above."


This error message has appeared every single day for a week now since i have tried to continue with my booking, the price for the flight is £404, the same thing happens when i try to book through edreams, i get the following message.

Our apologies, we have detected an error with the provider selected. You may try and rebook the flights once more, but if the problem persists, please select alternative flights.

Not sure what he hell the problem is, but i'm getting slightly suspicious on why it is happening, are these a reliable company to use to book flights? or are the flight prices, too good to be true? as Thomas cook are charging £768 for the exact same flight itinerary

If you search through the numerous threads on here about both companies, you will soon discover the prices they advertise are not genuine, and they will sting you with various add-ons.
The message seems fairly clear: book elsewhere, even if they appear to be offering better prices than other websites. They really aren't.

Thomas cook are charging £768 for the exact same flight itinerary

Is it a Thomas Cook flight? If it is and Thomas Cook charge £768, it says everything about edreams £400 price that is mysteriously never available!

If you read some of the multitude of complaint threads about this lot if normally goes along the lines of.....................
"I booked flights for £404 with opodo/edreams and received my booking reference. opodo/edreams then contacted me to say there was a problem and the £404 flights are sold out and they need another £364 to book them or I can have a refund"

this is followed up a month or so later with
"How do I get my promised refund from opodo/edreams?"

I'd just registered with Edreams so I could book a cheap flight to Malaga in January. Came in at a great price. Was just going to click "Pay" and thought "Hmmm, better just do a quick check on MSE." Phew!
