If changing the password doesn't stop it, that suggests it's something with a wired connection. Or even part of the router itself.0

Figured it out....
The IP address was for the Sky wifi jobber that I no longer use. There was a setting on the router that was set to save IP addresses for specific devices forever. I changed the setting to half hour and it cleared it all.
