[STRIKE]Our client [/STRIKE]The next desk (APNR Ltd) has instructed this [STRIKE]firm [/STRIKE]Idiot to [STRIKE]file you're case [/STRIKE]fill a form in and others in the [STRIKE]Northampton County Court (bulk handling centre)[/STRIKE]. On my computer. However, [STRIKE]experience [/STRIKE]Stupidity [STRIKE]in these matters[/STRIKE] leads us to prefer a more civil approach. This includes inviting you (the proposed [STRIKE]defendant)[/STRIKE] Mug to offer any lawful reason you may have, why we should not proceed. Apart from we have not got the brains to do it.
To date our costs are [STRIKE]nominal,[/STRIKE] None but should this matter proceed through court, my time spent plus expenses will not become considerable.
The enclosed draft court papers are [STRIKE]not [/STRIKE]designed to intimidate-we are merely giving you the opportunity to check the content and ensure all details are correct
I would appreciate you giving us a call on 01646 629 066 to discuss, before I submit this case which should be in around 14 days. That would be the first then!
That's more like it!
What a waste of oxygen Trev and his mob are!
You have to wonder why the BPA allow this to go on, how many complaints have they had about this lot? How can any association allow themselves to be associated with this company, whether they are a regulatory association or not. Having this bunch of clowns in their club, how do they expect anyone to take them seriously.0 -
That made me giggle...
Is there a template letter to complain to the BPA??0 -
Sorry to hijack this thread, however I also have recieved a Parking Charge Notice from ANPR Ltd. It was stuck on my windscreen in a Tesco carpark .I overstayed the 2 hours allowed
After looking at flowchart for Newbies it says to either wait for a Notice, or appeal immediately, depending on which company. But there is no mention of ANPR
So does anyone know what I should do? Appeal now or wait for the notice to come through? Thanks0 -

What made me laugh recently is that Pat at Expedion, seems to have no recollection of emails and correspondence sent to him whilst he was Pat at ANPR. Which is odd, since Pat at ANPR forwarded an email to Pat at Expedion, who then forwarded it back to me whilst claiming not to know anything about it....
Confused? Not as much as I was.<--- Nothing to see here - move along --->0 -

Are you sure it was ANPR Ltd, I've not known them to infest Tesco car parks?
If it is ANPR Ltd, then wait for NtK. Read up on how to deal with a NtK (in the NEWBIES FAQ sticky), but if you need any further advice on your parking event, please do start a new thread of your own; it will save messages and advice becoming confused. Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .
I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

Easy to beat ANPR Ltd! But start your own thread like they did. You may want to send them a pm.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
