Sky Deal - how do I claim the last £82 of M&S vouchers??

Hi folks
I wonder if anyone can help. I went through MSE to claim the recent deal for Sky with £182 of M&S Vouchers. I've received information to claim the first £100 as per the standard Sky deal at the time, but not the extra £82. Does anyone know how to sort this out and who I should be chasing to get these vouchers?

I did the deal as well and also got the £100.
As far as I can remember the affiliate thing MSE was working with would email them after around 3 months.
Anyone with a better memory, feel free to correct me!0
