I would add them as evidence and say in your appeal that you attach pictures showing there are no 'very prominent' signs at all as you approach and drive in.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Besides the original receipt from POPLA upon submission, I have not heard anything about hearing dates etc.
Should I have heard anything or is it just a case of waiting to receive a letter (or is it an email)?0 -
I didn't get anything, they said they emailed me but it was never recieved, I emailed them 3 weeks after the date I should have heard and they sent me my refused letter.:jMarried on 12.12.12 to the best man alive! - FACT!:j0

Hmm, ok. I have sent an enquiries email now to POPLA to see if there is a hearing date set. No way to find online when the date would be I assume?0
