DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY - AVOID, customer service and after sales are completely non-existent.
I purchased a new TV on 29th October 2014 and it arrived 3 days later, however on turning the TV same day I noticed a pixel fault/blemish with the screen and being faulty tried in to contact Pixmania who after several emails and 2 x 3 hrs waiting on the phone line without any joy speaking to anyone about an exchange or refund, still trying with no progress.
I will await and keep persisting as I now have a brand new TV I can not watch or send back for a refund because the company I purchased it from are so shoddy, has anyone else experienced difficulties with dealing with this company, regards Kev

Are you a time traveller ? Or do you mean September? Anyway one pixel defect is well within tolerance if you are within the DSR time period you can send it back with no reason. If you want to rant there is a place in the forum you have posted in the broadband area expect your post to be moved...0

Always check companies out before purchasing anything from them, a quick search shows a long running thread about Pixmania's awful service here:-

I suggest getting in touch with trading standards.
They will not do anything, if they want to take it further they need to go to the CAB.
