Yeh I read about this. Seems 'too good to be true'. Surely they've closed this one up by now? It can't be that easy to get off??!0

Ruth just about everyone speeds at some point or another, either over taking or in a rush it's just a fact and some get caught some don't.
My parents have all got speeding convictions and all hard working professionals, it's putting cameras in so called black spots, there is one near us on a straight bit of road probably about two miles long clear visibility yet they put a mobile van there and I've never heard of any accidents there. It's the safest place to over take its where my parents got caught both times doing just over 70mph over taken a lorry safely and quickly0 -

They can't legally force you to sign any document, so it's unlikely0

Please don't pay any attention to speeding cameras. I've been assured by others on this forum that bad drivers pay attention to them at the expense of their driving.
The best thing you can do is just ignore them.Q: What kind of discussions aren't allowed?
A: It goes without saying that this site's about MoneySaving.
Q: Why are some Board Guides sometimes unpleasant?
A: We very much hope this isn't the case. But if it is, please make sure you report this, as you would any other forum user's posts, to forumteam@moneysavingexpert.com.0 -
That was the start of September, if you Google speed camera don't sign it'll come up with another thread on a motoring forum piston heads started in September discussing this loophole0

This ^^
I'd say 90% (1 in 10) of drivers can't do 30mph, it's 40 or nothing. These are the same people who claim to be safe drivers and get all speed preachy when they passed in a 60 limit.
So when people preach about speeding, I just know it's only a matter of time before they themselves get caught.“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
