    I've googled the company -claimsmadesimple.com.

    Are you sure you've got the right company?

    I can find "financialclaimsmadesimple.co.uk" in Bristol and "claimsmadesimple.co.uk" (Ambulance chasers) in Manchester, but no company with that name and a ".com" address.

    OP, in your other thread on the same subject, you said you were in the police station.

    Just curious why you haven't said this here, too, and instead keep posting the URL of those alleged scamsters?
  • Sorry. It's bad practice to have two posts on one page I was just desperate to get feed back ASAP. Now in the fraud squads hands and fraud team of NatWest. This post has helped me. I've not lost anything, but others could if they're not careful. Clever scam... But if it looks to good to be true, it often is....

    What happens now? Will NatWest reverse all the Direct Debit refunds? Can they do that?

    If not, you will probably receive letters from all those companies you now owe money to.

    I can, for example, see how a credit company could, perhaps legitimately, add late fees and interest.
