EE Broadband connection problems

Hi All
Has anyone else had problems with their EE broadband connection in the last few days. I've been reading tweets and posts on FB and it seems EE are not responding to customers on social media or on the EE customer care phone lines with ppl saying they've been waiting up to 2 hours tryjng to get through. I just wondered if anyone on here knows whats going on?

It seems EE are not responding to anyone full stop. There is another thread about people not being able to get through for mobiles either.0
