Is the Dialup modem installed or not?
There is no dial up modem, there isn't even a floppy drive.

Is that the only missing Device? Have you tested the Card Reader?
I think there were options for a TV Tuner as well as the Modem.
I haven't seen a TV Tuner fitted to one, but they supply a Yuan TV Tuner Driver.0
