Hi
I've been paying the care insurance each month as we were told if we didnt claim we would get the full amount back at the end of the 2 years.. Will this still happen?? Wondering on whether to stop the direct debit or not?

It depends on who was responsible for this offer. If it was Phones4U then you're not going to get the money back. If it was the policy's underwriters then you probably will because they are a separate company. I think it's very unlikely that the underwriters were responsible for the offer, though.
Rather than cancelling the direct debit, you should call and find out whether you will get the money back, and if not, officially cancel the policy.0 -
It's a bit more complicated than that. Policy Admin Services say that they hope to restore many of the benefits of the insurance, but as of yet they don't have any details.
At the moment they are offering a basic courier swap out and none of the in-store benefits are available. The choice for policyholders is whether they continue paying (in the hope that the services re-appear in some form) or cancel.0
