Rather than contacting TR, you would be better contacting the hotel to see of they have a record of your booking.
Tour operators don't tend to send the names to the hotels until around 2 weeks before arrival. However when I have booked with bed banks the hotels have had the details months in advance.0 -

the hotel may not ever see the price you paid - they release rooms to bed banks to fill up the hotel, and the bed banks sell at whatever price they set themselves, nothing to do with the hotel price.0
