Travel republic deal

I have booked a hotel through Travel Republic for an amazing price. It seems too good to be true, so I'm worried it was a mistake.
Do they ever offer massive discounts on luxury hotels?
What can I do to check the price is correct and everything is ok? I have checked the hotel have the booking, and we have confirmation emails from TR.

if you have your confirmation accommodation voucher by email from TR, then relax, everything is fine.
I more often than not book my hotels with travelrepublic, specifically because they are cheaper than other agents

check on somewhere like trivago to see if other companies are selling the same hotel on the same dates for a comparable price...there will probably be some differences in price but if the difference is huge, it might be a misprice.
In the event that it is a pricing error, I would not alert the company to it or post details on any websites (by details I mean, hotel name, dates, etc)
the article below shows how a previous misprice was dealt with

TR, booking.com, Alpharooms, Hotels4u (and probably some others) often have much better prices than mainstream tour operators. Are you comparing with any specific operator, or does it seem like a 'loony price' eg £30 a night for 5* AI?0

It's a crazy price. It's £50 a night for the room when the usual price should be about £400 a night for the room...0

Also we booked this over a month ago and haven't been contacted to say the price is a mistake0

how far away is your holiday? weeks, months etc?0

TR deal with a number of bed banks and sometimes rooms are sold to bed banks by tour operators at low prices, so it might not be an error.Posts are not advice and must not be relied upon.0

As others have suggested, check the same hotel with other companies to see whether or not there is pricing error. If the same hotel is significantly more expensive with other companies then the chance is that it's a pricing error, and even with a confirmation email they can still come back and ask for more money or cancel it.
If it's within 48hrs they can ask you to pay the additional costs, outwith 48 hours you might find that they contact you to say that the room is no longer available or that there has been an overbooking meaning you will need to pay more for a 'better room' or need to be moved to an alternative, cheaper hotel.
Either way if there has been an error, overbooking or whatever then they do need to offer you a full refund on your accommodation only so that you can then rebook something else.Lea

I've had good deals from TravelRepublic and AlphaRooms in the past but you have to check the details carefully. Sometimes that bargain room is a tiny single windowless box room in the basement.0

I'll double check the details but it was listed as a deluxe room, and matches the description of this type of room on the hotels website.
We're going in November
I think maybe we just need to contact TR to check. I'm worried about turning up at the hotel and being expected to pay more or having no where to stay0
