I emailed them twice for a PAC, on the second email I threatened to report them to OFCOM if I didn't receive the PAC and also cc'ed OFCOM into the email.
I received the PAC by email reply about 4 hours after sending the second email.====0 -

thanks
can you tell me please which email you sent them to?
I sent the following email:To: cs@lycamobile.co.uk
CC: contact@ofcom.org.uk
PAC REQUEST: tel:
I am writing to complain that I requested a PAC on xx/xx/2014 and I have not yet received it. Even though I supplied all details requested by Lycamobile, I have received a reply from your Customer Services, in which they have failed to supply the PAC.
As I’m sure you are aware, OFCOM regulations oblige communication providers to allow their customers to take their mobile number with them if they choose to switch to a different provider.
Under the Mobile Industry Porting Process, the PAC should be issued immediately over the phone or within a maximum of two hours by SMS. I have yet to receive the PAC I requested. If you are unable to issue the PAC, plea====0 -
Forum seems to have gone mad, it is refusing to add the [/quote] at the end of the post, nor will it allow me to add the last sentence, and is saying I'm blocked from performing the action .
The end should readshortly but, if you are unable to do so, please tell me the next steps in your complaints procedure.
Yours
