They have completely lost the plot big style since they changed the system over !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They have always made lots of silly little mistakes but now they make lots of BIG mistakes ????

Kays catalogue supply alot of clothing, toys furniture and electrical items etc to members of public are a slightly higher price than that can be found in local shops.

It is aimed at supplying a higher priced item at ideally a differed payment scheme on interest.

It doesn make sense. Its not really moneysaving, I suggest using low interest credit card and buy the items from a local cheaper outlet.

I just closed my account and paid up the balance after they changed systems and my payment wasn't credited in time even though my bank had sent it 6 days before the due date. I am not wasting my time trying to sort out issues with them,but they sent me a refund cheque for £71 and I know they only owed me £21 so ........I am expecting a lettr shortly asking for it back...woyuld I be obliged to repay them?
