If I do not pay the full amount this month can they charge me an admin fee as it not my mistake with buy now pay later codes?

theoretically yes they can but if you get them to adjust your bill to what you both agree to be correct, they should take off any charges

Give them a ring, i ordered some items a month ago and they sent the bill for them the other day, i rang and told them i wasnt paying for goods i havent received, she put a note on the account and told not to pay anything until they arrive.

Anyway the items turned up yesterday but i sent them back as ive already been on my holiday and they are no good to me now

They seem to have a serious system meltdown looking at the nonsense on statement just received !!!!
  • I don't like the 'NEW' kays either, i ordered loads of stuff on 13th june, a day BEFORE the sale started and only just got letters last week saying the stuff wasn't coming.

I used to check my account online all the time and used to look what my minimum payment was going to be on my statement online, as i could chech at least a week before my statement comes in the post, they have changed that as well, now you can't see statements online anymore.

    i prefered the old system.

I totally agree.I have had nothing but hassle since they changed. And their rules and regs are endless. You can't organise returns online any more, and i sure as hell am not ringing an 0870 number to organise a return when it was their fault because i got the wrong item in the first place.Back to the Post office for me,though i expect they will set up a charge for that as well before long.I ordered an item in the sale i am still waitng for ,about given up,and no means of checking if it is coming, unlike previously. It is crazy and i think i will stop ordering from them soon. They used to be so good as well.I'm sure also i read something about not being able to pay online with a credit card too? or am i just getting paranoid now!!!

Thanks Butlers, I have PM'ed you.

I have been in dispute with Kays for eighteen months now about money that I do not owe them (same situation as Ems*Honie). In that time they have also messed up my (otherwise perfect) credit file.

I get the impression that they think that if they hassle you enough, you will just pay them the money. They've got two hopes with me ...
    Gone ... or have I?
