Have them with a fry up for breakfast instead of bacon or in a BLT instead of bacon.0

gammon steaks are lovely cut into strips, fried with mushrooms and a little sherry or white wine added, some black pepper and cream. sort of like a gammon stroganoff!0

cut up into small cubes, they can become quiches, added into omelettes.

Gammon steaks with garlic mushrooms are really, really, yummy.

they make a great base for soup with lentils and veg that you have to hand. You can also use the lardons with onoins and sliced potatoes cooked in the over - lovely job0

Gammon in cider and cream sauce. Fry the steaks, add some cider and bubble away, add some double cream and bubble a bit more then serve.
