    I wouldn't worry about it too much yet - the clickwin prize I won took a little bit over the 28 days to arrive. Things will probably be delayed by Christmas. I know it's annoying but I'd leave it until a few days into the new year then chase up if it still hasn't arrived.

    thanks it's good to know now someone else that's won and had waited a bit more than 28 days.
    okay i'll wait a few days in January.
