What can you do if you cannot contact anyone about missing prize?

Options
I had a winning e.mail from FHM click to wins 29th July, waited 6 weeks e.mailed the address they gave in e.mail for queries, this keeps bouncing back, e.mailed a Bauer address I found this one keeps bouncing back (Mail Box full) found an address for FHM, but have had no reply to this one, this was a nice prize that I was looking forward to, has this happened to anyone and should I just give up?

Thanks Guys

(A prize (biggie) from August took almost a month but 2 from September both arrived within a week).

If your name is on the FHM winners list they don't have any wriggle room

It was also run on the winsomething site

    http://winit.winsomething.co.uk/sweepstakes/win-the-ultimate-last-vegas-night-in-3910/expired

but I cannot see it on the winners list there either.

(In between winners for 19 and 22 September there is one "Ended: May 27th, 2014 " so they may just be slow rather than having "lost" the prizes)

Your right, that is strange, thanks for all your help it's much appreciated..
  • Long time lurker just registered today for this thread. I too am waiting for a prize from FHM click to win, I was also informed on the 29th of July. Again, I have had no prize and it has taken me until yesterday to find an email at Bauer that actually gets a response. I am also waiting for 2 other click win prizes which I also chased up, I have had a response about those but not the FHM one. The prize from FHM was also a nice prize, not the same one as the OP and my name is on the winners list, there was only one prize.
I feel that if I don't get a satisfactory response from them soon I may have to refer them to the ASA.

There are FB and TW pages for the winsomething site, a polite public poke probably wouldn't do any harm (Have to say I have had no trouble with the c2ws but my wins were after the sites had settled down and they were no longer adding new sites almost daily)

After lots of prodding and poking my prizes arrived at 7:30 this morning via next day delivery. I had an email from them yesterday apologising and telling me they were having problems with their supplier/PR company which has now been resolved and to expect my prize no later than this coming Friday. I never expected to be turfed out of bed at the crack of dawn on a Saturday, but it was a nice surprise.
