Vodafone are having a laugh
Just rang, as I can upgrade. I was offer unlimited texts, calls and 1gb of data, 24 month contract, free handset, even though I would never use anywhere near those amounts....... £26 a month.
The phone I can buy for £90 plus £10 a month sim, why would I pay £26 a month.
Think I may be moving after 15yearsto clarif

Upgrade or leave? If the former, wait until you can leave without charges and ask for a PAC. They are likely to offer you something noticeably better.Just rang, as I can upgrade.
I see Unltd+Unltd+1Gb for £16.50 sim-only at Vodafone, not £10.I was offer unlimited texts, calls and 1gb of data, 24 month contract, free handset, even though I would never use anywhere near those amounts....... £26 a month.

Not that it makes any real difference.0 -
Well I have to wait to end contract, however I did say, and obviously they can see, I only use 200 texts, 300 minutes and 500mb.
Think I can get around that for £10 sim.0 -
Or £6 on a cashback contract.0

Having a few hours searching, I found I could update via Carphonewarehouse, same plan as I have, LG G3 phone that I wanted £26.50, same on Vodafone £34.50.
Rang them, said previous offer was a joke, and I could upgrade with CW, very nice lady said they would do same for £24, added CW give free phone cover too. She said I'll speak to manager, £15 credit for cover and reduced to £22 per month.
I'm happy with that, new phone and reduced monthly bill.0
