What happens if you have an old car, which is VED and MOT exempt? Do you still have to go through the motions of taxing it?

Just because you don't hand over any cash now for your tax disc won't necessarily exclude you from registering it/confirming to the DVLA you still own/keep it. Hence why I said "Odds are you still need to..."
