LloydsTSB do provide their Indian Banking Service inconjuction with them, but the savings accounts, credit cards accounts etc. are nothing do to with LloydsTSB.

I work for Lloyds TSB. I don't know if they own ICICI bank but their staff are involved with us and when we have to complete employee surveys one of the options for work location is ICICI bank

I opened an ICICI HiSave account (before I knew of the connection, I'd like to add) and have had no problems with them and they have actually been really helpful to my husband and I. We received cheques in joint names and the only bank account we had in joint names was this one and they allowed us to pay in cheques to the HiSave account after the inital opening one, so we were really impressed.
