Question on 4G Pay As You Go

I've done a little search recently on 4G PAYG, but come across an annoying issue.
I used to use PAYG with Vodaphone, paying them say £30 which I used over around 4 months, carrying forward each month any unused phone calls & data. As long as made a all or sent a text now and again I kept the credit.
This does not seem to be the case for 4G providers. I joined (by mistake!) EE who have a PAYG £10 a month package, but if you have anything left at the
end of the month, it is not carried forward. They, in effect get you to pay £10 a month. It seems many providers are the same.
So, the obvious question is, do you know of a 4G PAYG provider who will allow you to pay an amount and allow you to carry forward unused phone, text & data?
