Best iphone contract with NHS discount

So, my wifey is looking for a new phone contract, and since she's a very hard working member of the NHS (and I mean the hardcore A&E workers) I was thinking she might be able to get some NHS discount.

I know of the following NHS discounts:
O2 will give you 20% off the airtime part of a Refresh contract
Vodaphone will give you discount, but i'm not sure how much

Does anyone else know of any firms giving NHS discount? In an ideal world, it would be a tick box on a phone comparison form. In the past I've also figured out that the O2/Vodaphone discount is only about the same as if you'd gone through a cashback firm like Quidco.

The O2 Open discount scheme, which NHS is part, offer 30% off of the Airtime part of the contract.
