Hi a friend has a cv as a PDF file how does he covert it to a word document ?

The simplest way might be to just copy and paste into a Word document - you will lose the formatting but the actual text should be copied.0

Maybe the PDF contains a scanned image of the cv, not the text0

Yes it has a photograph in it so I am guessing this is the problem?

The amount of time you've apparently spent on this already without success I reckon you may do better just reading and retyping it though.0
