strange hieroglyphics texts updates from Giffgaff (mobile broadband), you get these?

Hi everyone

I have Giffgaff mobile broadband PAYG on my laptop and recently they sent me 2 messages in strange hieroglyphics fonts, impossible to decipher

this is a few days after I received a text saying "you've used 80% of what you paid for" or something along those lines

since I've roughly come to the end of my usage, is this a sneaky tactic from Giffgaff to tell me my allowance is finished so they can overcharge me without me knowing? anyone else got these?

Why would it be 'sneaky' to advise you that you've nearly used up the allowance in your goodybag? They're doing that because you will pay a higher rate for any further usage until the rest of the goodybag expires, assuming that you have credit remaining in your account.
That is not overcharging', because you will pay the advertised non-goodybag rate per Mb.
