For the argument, I will stand by my original comment;
Jersey is classed as the UK for Royal Mail, although you will also need to fill a CN22, as they're not in the EU.

The OP wanted to know how to post his order to Jersey & the suggestion was to use the Royal Mail as they charge the same price
