i have been with EE for about 6 months on a 24 month contract. for the past 2 days i have had no signal at all despite resetting the phone, changing the sim card and waiting (not very patiently!!!) i am currently using my mobile as my phone for being on call, and i am on call next week so will need the phone.
i am desperate to leave EE as this is not the first time this has happened. where do i stand with my contract as they are obviously not providing the service i am paying for!

Just 2 days?!
If they don't fix the problem after about a month you stand a chance of leaving without charges after spending another month on complaining.
Get real. If you are sure it's not your phone's fault, buy a cheap spare PAYG phone on a different network and give the second number to your essential contacts.
Meanwhile keep complaining and keep the record of all your complaints.0 -
Or try the same SIM in a spare unlocked phone. No free lunch, and no free laptop0
