    Belated Happy New Year Brogs,

I hope it is going to be a good one for you.....

    Love Puzz. x

A happy new year to you too ‘Lovely-Legs.’ It will be a good one too you know :D

Thank you so much to absolutely everybody for your kind words and keeping me supported. :)

As mentioned, I will be carrying on with the diary. I was always going to carry on with something. I never, ever, ever threatened (or promised….) to leave. :o

I mentioned before that I am lacking rhythm at the moment. I am guessing I will have to learn a lot of new beats and tempos. As usual I am reflective….. 'analytical’ as an old friend I met last week said. Yes……I know that is true and it may have been a compliment but it can be the downfall of a man too……..sometimes it is better to dump everything in the pot and turn on the heat without ‘anally’ disecting and examining each ingredient in the way I often do……...

The thing is……I don’t really want to change. I get a lot of pleasure and satisfaction in knowing about things or finding out about those things if I don’t know. It’s like a built in ‘keep your brain alive mechanism.’ I don’t want to rise gently up my own b*m but I think it’s good. It has to be better than living in a fog….oh well……..

The self-employed thing is happening slow and that is all my fault. I am still completely obsessed with all of the various financial projects I have mentioned before and don’t want to bore you by mentioning again now :o. These things seem to be the most important aspect at the moment. I am in complete ecstasy at the time I have to all of this properly instead of fitting them in around 9 to 5 whilst trying and failing to please a total, complete and utterly contemptible idiot ……the old boss(s) that is.

From my time in the corporate world I know that the first week of January is best written off……so that has now happened. Next week has to be different but I can’t just switch on self employed earnings…….it will be a phasing in over the next few weeks / months…..I do have to start immersing my body in the waters…….hoping they’re soothing, revitalising waters that is………..

On the diary front, whilst I am going to reinvent the diary and introduce the mortgage into my discussed and monitored activities, I want to carry on with a diary on the Debt-Free Diaries forum as I think it contains more ‘life pictures’ if you know what I mean. I have debts so it is a good excuse to stay where I am for now. Everybody on the Mortgage Free forum is very, very sensible so they may not let me in anyway. I do have a couple of valued friends there but I can go over there and they can come over here and I hope we can keep the ‘cross border’ thing going as it’s a shrinking world.

Try to launch the new diary this week :)!!
  • We want a solid plan from you by the end of next week. I've seen too many people drift when SE and then ending up wage slaves cos SE didn't work for them. I've posted on debt free boards as my mortgage contained large amounts of consolidated debt, it didn't seem right for mfw.

    Yes Ma'am!!

I have been fairly busy in preparation today but I could have done better. Basically I am absolutely gutted about the sudden announcement of the passing of David Bowie.

I love music and like lots of artists and if one dies they only get a litle column in the newspapers. It is unlike me to be so 'into' such a massive media personality but he shaped my youth and there's not been anything since that can come close. :(:(:(

    Rest in peace David.

    Turn up the volume..............:T

I'm going to pay my respects on headphones........even though Mrs. B has been reflecting on this all day, I've got to be quiet now...Hunky Dory was her fave.....for me anything from the sixties to the 1980's. Better than anyone else at all and the words, that voice and those melodies go around my head at any time of any day or week.........:(:(

    Thanks NOA,

I have kept an eye on your diary but I didn't barge in because I wasn't sure you were the sort of girl who likes talking to boys :(. Anyway, I'm pleased you've come over to my end of the playground to see me :D !!

I'll do a full and seriously boring long update in the next few days - my mind is spinning again. Make sure you've got your sleeping cap at the ready :D !!

Am in desperate need of sleep so look forward to it ;)
Good to know you've been keeping an eye out, but I don't understand what made you think I don't like talking to boys?
Can't help it if I'm a mushy sort but it doesn't mean I don't talk to boys! :rotfl:
