First direct switch incentive

Good morning - I switched to First Direct on 1st August using the link posted on here - I've deposited £1000 in August and September - does anyone have any idea when I should expect the incentive? Anyone had any problems getting it? Thanks in advance :)

Mine also went in Saturday morning. Like badger09, it was c. 40 days after I had met both criteria. I did use the Secure Messaging system to query back on the 11th September and was told it would be paid within 28 days (of the message).
