What to do.. Bband/TV/Phone

Help.
i am currently on BT broadband and telephone and it costs me around £35 per month (its old and needs renewing) - BT will offer me up to 8mb broadband there tv thing FREE which just seems like freeview that you can record for £3 per month discount on bband.
am i better with someone else. Sky seems good value but heard internet is bad! Are virgin any good? im confused as what to do? should i just stay with BT as the internet service has been good

I pay £20 a month for Sky+, 2 mix entertainment pack and 8mbps broadband.
I use BT for the landline, £11pm I think.
Hard to beat I would have thought.That gum you like is coming back in style.0
