well really looking at contract, 3 is good in the area, so it looks like it may be them with the 1G for 5 pounds.

  • Yeah that is the cheapest.

T-Mobile web n walk is very good at £7.50 for a GB (can't use it as a laptop modem though, that costs more).

Vodafone has an ok package. I can dig up details if you don't have em to hand. I think it's £7.50 per month for 120MB, and if you go over that it's £1 a day for 15MB useage.

Orange have a number of packages - some are unlimited off-peak useage yadda yadda.

O2 is shockingly bad. Best bolt-on is £10 for 20MB!!!!!!!!! I'm stuck with this for a while, but tempted to get a T-Mobile PAYG sim to stick in my phone and use web n walk for a max of a quid a day. It's a lot cheaper than O2's outside of bolt-on charges.

Would you have to pay extra for the 1GB with '3'? Because you can get 12 months on T-Mobile with 1GB included for 12 months full cashback. Would be cheaper in the long run.

Thank you all for your replies

where is that offer? Three do instant messenger free as well, do they all do instant messenger? something like 6000 per month, may be wrong there.

so what Nokia phones are there on any with the above and cashback, I used coolnewmobile and wont go with them again! very picky... onestop and e2save seem a little better to me, Ive used both.

dont mind the network as long as the deal and phone are ok.
