i have not received any reply from my emails at the monment

i think that they will try and fob alot of people off but at the end of the day if they say they are going to do it then they shoiuld make alternative arrangements to provide people with an equal product or get some more made :mad:

I would have thought that their email system has gone down with the sheer volume of emails being sent.

The email I got from Nick Moore, said there had been problems with the supplier.

I am lucky I saw the post where someone had emailed to find out what was going on about 1 minute after they posted.

I just wonder whether I might actually get another, as the one that came this week was just sent out from their office as they had some kicking around.

I emailed them quoting this after they sent me the standard email, I have not received a reply yet....I think many of us are going to be unlucky.

I think the good luck bit refers to the competition. Interesting note though, as a free offer, legally they are'nt bound by any rules and don't have to send them out even though the message said it was on its way. However since you had to complete an offer to apply (entering 5 email addresses) they are bound by rules and do have to send them to everybody that got the confirmation. Should be very interesting indeed :think:
