Hi,
I'm about to email but have no clue what to put in the email, what sort of thing did you guys put?

just put that you applied for the pitcher some time ago, and got an email saying it was on its way but that was x weeks ago, is there any news.

I think if you send an email now you will join a new queue to get one as I think there will have been 100s emailing by now. I was lucky enough to be one of the first to email yesterday.

Think i will fill mine up with lager in a minute!

I emailed Nick Moore last week and got a very pleasant reply from him.

Emailed Jemma today and received following reply: -
We apologise for the delay in contacting you after your application for a Grand Esprit pitcher. The offer has proved to be of great interest to many Grand Marnier lovers, and we been inundated with applications.
The website promotion and this offer was originally scheduled to close on 30th September, from which date we would send out the pitchers to successful applicants. Due to the great interest, we have closed applications early and are now in the process of sorting applications.
All applicants will be contacted via e-mail by Monday 3rd September and pitchers will be sent to successful applicants from week commencing 10th September.

I had the same email back aswell.
I have emailed back telling them that when applying the confirmation said my pitcher was on the way, now they seem to be saying I may not get one.
I will see what the reply is.
