cancel your itemised billing

i'm currently using T-mobile and they are charging me for itemised billing, so i registered online viewing my phonebill (free of charge) and cancelled my paper billing!!!!! so i saved £1 for my pocket!!!!
i know it doesn't sound a lot but when u think about it, if u sign for 18 months contract and u'll save up £18 :rotfl: or save up £24 for 24 months contract!!!!

Vodafone won't let me cancel mine, even though i get online billing. They say as it was part of the original contract I have to keep it!! So I am paying for something that I can get for free. What a waste of paper and money0

I have been a T-mobile customer for over 7 years and have always had itemised billing at no extra cost. It was only last month that I noticed I had been charged £1 for itemised billing. I queried this cost and apparently they changed their T&Cs last year and have been charging me since. As far as I remember I did not receive any information regarding the charge for itemised billing. I checked previous month’s bills and noticed that I had been charged £1 extra every month. I decided to cancel and will now register for the online service.0

vodafone are without doubt the nastiest phone company. They will not budge on ANYTHING, basically they do the best they can to screw you as much as they can. I hope the fact they paid so much for 3g makes them bankrupt!!0
