Sorry I don't know the answer to that question. I suppose you would have to read their terms and conditions very carefully. I just think it's a disgrace that a company who makes so much money has no sympathy for these cases and the real fraudsters seem to get off scott-free.

I am sure if enough people would get in touch with Watchdog, they would cover it as a story You could contact them - I'd be surprised if they weren't interested.

Stupid question - but how can you tell if the shipping and billing addresses are the same?

I just sold an expensive mobile phone tonight and the buyer has paid paypal - completed. He has a czech email address, but wants it posted to a UK confirmed address - a Butlin's complex - so not much chance that he'll be signing for it personally! Feeling very confused. He only has 9 feedback, but one of his purchases (another mobile phone) has been cancelled. I have requested funds to be paid to my bank account so my other question is how long does that take on average - is it really up to 7 working days?
