No, omit 'without prejudice' because you are not making any offer to settle.
Just do what's advised by c-m and Daisy. When you feel stressed, head spinning with info overload, stand up and walk away for a bit. Then come back. We will help.
SEND NOTHING UNTIL YOU HAVE SHOWN IT HERE FIRST.

A simple letter with certificate of postage retorting that the loss they claim never occurred because the parking was paid for to which you have proof and are prepared to swear affidavit to before a solicitor and enter as court evidence.
Should they refuse this evidence of denial of claim then a counter claim will be filed for your time, expenses and a portion for harassment.
Do not let them get the original ticket .
They will ignore and steam ahead as that is there way so start preparing a multi pronged defence using the usual stuff plus the fact that they suffered no loss as you paid.I do Contracts, all day every day.0 -

In my opinion, they have shot themselves in the foot with all that small print.
Also, they say that you can only pay at the Surf Centre but then go on to say that you can also pay by 'phone. And do they really mean that BB holders can only park in bays marked with a wheelchair symbol?
One for Mr Cutts I think. You never know how far you can go until you go too far.0 -
And when I went to Fistral in April, all along the entire beach side of the car park, including the length of all bays next to the beach shop, there are NO signs at all. You can drive in the wide entrance (past a lone sign that none of my friends saw) and park and walk to the beach without ever reading a sign nor seeing the P&D machine. It's the one in the picture above but was hidden behind a beach van when I was there, not in view from the beach shop. A few signs are mainly by the dunes (back of the car park) along with signs about snakes.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
