Done, but noticed you'd deleted the image I linked in post #16, so all ok now?
Please note, we are not a legal advice forum. I personally don't get involved in critiquing court case Defences/Witness Statements, so unable to help on that front. Please don't ask. .

I provide only my personal opinion, it is not a legal opinion, it is simply a personal one. I am not a lawyer.

If they have 8 photos, are you visible in your car in any of them and would they suggest you were stationary or driving off?

Guys Dad, The car was stationary and I was present in the car at all times. In the 1st, 2nd & 3rd image it is very clear the photo is taken from a distance and driver side window is open and I am visible there.
The 4th image he took from the front towards the windscreen.
In the 5th image I poped my head out by opening the door to ask him what is going on, but as he took the photo he went back of the car.
In the 6th image I eventually came out of the car but not completely and shouted to him why he is taking photos. At the stage he said " you will know when you get the parking ticket, this is a private parking". One more image which i am not posting is of tax disc. All these images in this post are taken from PCM website and I have edited these images to hide information.
The rest you have already read in my 1st post.

That would indicate to me that he had every opportunity to ask you politely to move and to mitigate the huge loss that your occupying that space was going to cost his company. ;)

But that might affect his bonus of course.
  • I have 2 questions to ask which I forgot to mention in the post.
Are these guys allowed to take photos from mobile phones (in this case he was using Samsung S4 or S5 which maybe his personal device). ??
Are they meant to operate in plain clothes ( not in company's uniform) ??

Yes they can take photos on any phone and I am not sure what the CoP says about uniform (you'll have to Google the relevant Code of Practice & read it, if you can be bothered). The reason I don't know is because breaches of the CoP don't win at POPLA or IAS, so it's not important in the scheme of things.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

on the signage it says IPC, not BPC. Is it same in both cases ?
