Guys I need your help.
We are moving house and was advised by previous owners that they used BT Infinity and had no isuues with it.
So advised BT 3 weeks ago about the move, date set for engineer to come but now there seems to be a problem with the line and everything has come to a halt.Been advised that they will "be in touch" no idea when and because my husband works from home he needs the internet to be in place and we move tomorrow.
We have done the usual, sent emails, made calls gone on instant chat but nothing seems to be happening.
Do any of you have the email for their CEO Gavin Patterson,or been able muster BT into action please ?
Hope someone out there can assist, been very surprised that a company who offers communication seems so poor in administering it !

Rule 1
If you work from home and need the internet for work without fail
a.Buy a business tariff with defined service level agreements and not a "social and domestic type retail tariff where BT just do their best when they are not fixing their priority business lines.
b. Ensure you have alternative methods of accessing the web such as a 3g dongle etc0
