Bt Infinity Online Ordering Issue

Ordered Infinity using Quidco
Got the conformation email and sent the MAC Code, all good I thought
7 days on and contacted them to be told system has no record of it, I say I got email and then they magically find it and say its a cancelled email due to ordering through a "third party" link
Now I have never had an issue with Quidco before and it seems a bizarre reason - also why would they not just tell me
Said I could do it on phone but could not have same offer ( well thanks! ) and to wait 24 hours to try again
Has anyone else ever had anything similar, I am really annoyed as now look like having a period of time with no internet
