Is downgrading O2 tariff still possible?

I have two months left on contract and my phone has stopped working. I asked about leaving contract early but there's no longer a discount for doing so so I thought I'd let it run and get the green arrows, I was just wondering if I could possibly downgrade for these last two months seeing as I won't be using the phone but nothing appears under that option on MyO2

Still thinking about paying to leave early. Will losing two green dots have any affect on credit rating? I'm guessing the answer is no.0
